Refund policy
1. Exchanges for Incorrect Size
All sales are final at NEVER FORGET, however, we understand that ordering online can sometimes result in receiving the wrong size. In such cases, we are happy to offer exchanges. You may exchange your item for the correct size within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. ONLY APPLIES TO CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED STATES.
2. How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange due to incorrect sizing, please contact our customer service team at info@neverforgetclo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with instructions on returning the item.
3. Exclusions
Please note that items purchased during promotional events or sales are final and not eligible for exchanges unless the wrong size was received.
4. Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item back to you.
5. Conditions of Exchange
The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition.
6. Refunds
As mentioned, all sales are final at NEVER FORGET, and we do not offer refunds except in the case of receiving the wrong size. In such cases, an exchange will be provided as outlined above.
